What is a round face shape?
A round face has soft curves and almost equal length and width. The cheeks are full, the chin is wide and rounded rather than pointed, and the hairline often curves too. There is very little angle anywhere — that softness is the shape, not a lack of structure.
How to tell if your face is round
Compare face length (hairline to chin) with cheekbone width. If they are within about a centimetre of each other, the jaw has no corners, and the chin is as wide as it is soft, you have a round face. A slightly longer face with a narrowing jaw is oval, not round.

Round is nearly as wide as it is long. Oval is longer, with a jaw that narrows. If your chin comes to a gentle point and your face looks longer in photos than in the mirror, check oval before you assume round.
